Use preferNoSetFee on keplr-mobile

Hello,

keplr-mobile is not respecting sent fees for classic, thus not adding tax. Can you please check about preferNoSetFee option if that needs to be implemented on cosmes level for the keplr mobile wallet?

I could only find that option in the extension settings though. So no idea how to use it with cosmes+keplr-mobile
