Create an electron app that shows a maximized window

User story.

An artist should be able to open up Bubbles and see their main stage window, with a black background, taking up the maximum amount of available screen space on their computer.

For now, this can be maximized; we may want to revisit it and consider starting up directly in fullscreen mode.
