Unsubscribe from Github thread

Dear all,
I receive the following email when trying to unsubscribe from a Github issue thread.
Does someone have the same problem?

Weird, I just tried unsubscribing from this thread and it worked. Can you look
through your sent messages with this query: @reply.githuband let me know
what the sent from email address is on the latest one is?
The only thing I can think of is that you might the unsubscribe request was
sent from a different email address then registered on Github. Has
unsubscribing from Github worked before?
If that is the issue that should be an easy fix and similar to another thing I
want to implement anyway. Let me know!
It should have been sent from the correct email address:

Yeah, everything looks right. If you try to unsubscribe from other Github threads, do you get the same error?
What is the link to the thread you wanted to unsubscribe from?
Just unsubscribed from this thread and it worked.
Apologies. Maybe it was just a one-time error.
Let's close this.
If it happens again with Github, then I will report it again!
