Add a simple, configurable feedback widget that can integrate with either Google or Plausible analytics to record visitor feedback on content pages.

The configuration for the widget should allow users to decide which web analytic service(s) to send feedback events too.
Though both Google and Plausible Analytics may be configured in hugo.toml, a user might not wish to send feedback to both.
