Re-ordering Items at Root Level.

Hello,

I am having trouble re-ordering root items, move_to_child_with_index works fine for items nested inside another item. But If I want to re-order items at the root level with a NULL parent_id I can't find an easy way to do this, is this possible? Any advice?
