Does your filter have a license?
Also, I took to liberty of making up a description
Blocks use of @ (i.e. https://google.com@example.com) before domain names, which is being used to trick people
Though I'm open to improvements, as it isn't great. Or I can just use the README or list description, if you want.

Yes it does, it uses the GNU General Public License v3.0.
