Request - Custom CEC commands

I'd like to request the ability to send a custom CEC command.
The reason for me requesting this, I'm using a Samsung Frame, and I'd like to display art instead of a black screen. The off command sets the display off, the standby command instead allows artwork to show.
This would maybe also fix the other reported issues like #201.
