Group daily reboot time does not set correctly

When setting a daily reboot time for a group, the server sends the time (apparently) without regard for the correct timezone, causing the cron job on the players to fire at incorrect times.
I believe I found the issue and am working on a fix, just wanted to raise this issue in case I was unable to complete it.

Just realized my player was not on the most recent version....updating it to 4.9.3 fixed this issue
