Description

Students must submit an application to get into ColorStack. For various reasons, those applications can be rejected. Sometimes, members that really should be getting into ColorStack are having a hard time doing so. If the ColorStack admins had some assurance or a referral from another member, they would be more likely to be accepted. This is especially pertinent for chapter leaders.

To solve this issue, we'll build a referral system in ColorStack.

Acceptance Criteria

• A member can refer their friend in the Member Profile.
• When someone gets referred to ColorStack, they will get an email with a unique application link.
• A unique application link can only be used once, preventing any abuse.
• Admins can see whether or not an application was submitted using a referral.
• A member can see the status of all of their referrals.
• When a person's referral gets accepted into ColorStack, they will receive an email about it.
