Feature description

Add support for RPC APIs, specifically JSON RPC 2.0 APIs

Ideas

  • API specs can be provided as OpenRPC specs
  • The OperationExecutor for JSON RPC would create and send a properly formatted RPC messages according to an RPC method specified as the operation of a call to Standard SDK
