JOY1 and JOY2 addresses change

As of the changes in the rom on november 15th(I think commit 2d632565b8b59ce545194301d516e8c8be7437d3), the address to JOY1 and JOY2 appear to have changed. This will need to be updated in the documentation, I assume the change should wait until the next release of the emulator.
Unless this is unintentional and needs to be fixed in the rom, if so I can open an issue there instead.
The new addresses seem to be
JOY1 = $02BA
JOY2 = $02BD
