Set default oceand datadir

Running oceand without specifying datadir creates .bitcoin hidden dir.

Would be better to default to [xxxxnode_main] where xxxx is a certain element.

What type of element? Why is this better?

Not required - ocean code is the same and conf will decide the chain/assets
