margins between <test> elements

By default there is no margin between tags in a . HTML line breaks can be used but this adds an awkwardly large amount of whitespace between them. Paragraph tags (which by default use a more readable margins) cannot be used because an error is thrown if the tag precedes and the test number is on its own line if the tag follows .

It is recommended that some margin be added automatically before and after items, both for readability and to ensure consistent presentation between different PPs with different editors.
