  1. Can we increase the spacing between learning blocks > H3 to be the same as between H2 > H3?
  2. Can we increase the spacing before H2's to around 2 times what we have right now?

Can we reduce the space between H3 > body, H4 > body, body > body (they all look to have the same spacing to me) by maybe 1/3 of what it is now?
