Images not appearing when published

Images added in Netlify are not being published, while alt-text and caption are both being shown, see Facilitation for Creativity https://co-design.inclusivedesign.ca/resources/facilitation-for-creativity/

Hi @dayotte — I looked at the PR where this resource was added and it doesn't look like any image was uploaded. Has this happened in other cases?
