Add illustrations & icons to home page

Please add the illustration to the top header, and icons for the building blocks, into the home page like so:

A few things to note:

• Removed the blobby numbers under "community-led co-design" and replaced with different color lines
• Removed the blobby numbers under "where to start"
• Also could we change the button that says "browse all" to a primary button? Adds a little visual pop on the page :)
• We've added a reddish-pink to the colour palette to round out what we have there right now. The new colours are now in figma.
