What happened?
We need a way to align the dask-distributed versions across scheduler and WNs.
The easiest way would be to make the scheduler work with the same singularity image.

the fix is working, regardless on alma8 images this still want work because of htcondor8.9 incompatibility.
We need to tackle HTCondor 9 or 10 migration first.
