Add sentence or two about collocation in the introduction

We don't mention this at all but it would be good to round out the introduction. Need to first do some reading on collocation 🙂

I'm struggling to find a place to put this. The introduction flows really nicely from one paragraph to the other and I can't find a place to stick this in that wouldn't break the flow.
