to make the differences clear between various solutions out there and the pros/cons of each
How are you planning to do that? Created by humans?
Feel free to pull from: https://github.com/wilmoore/frontend-packagers
Not to mention, anything that shows up here will likely go back into https://github.com/wilmoore/frontend-packagers anyhow.
@visionmedia Oh, are we comparing various components that do similar stuff or the component system against bower etc.?
@silvinci yeah just because that's often the first question people have with these things, and without a comparison it's hard to classify the project I find, since they all promise modularity but drop the ball in different ways
@visionmedia Ah, alright then. Thanks for clarifying.
@wilmoore Your comparison looks like it was a lot of work to do. Appreciated. :)
@wilmoore Very interesting research! Will use to convince :)
.
@silvinci Yes, it was a lot of work...still more to do when I have more time. :)
@Nami-Doc Thanks. Glad it is helping. Probably need to add more updated @component info though. BTW, thanks for the PR
i'll probably make a https://github.com/jonathanong/node-frameworks for "frontend workflows", eventually. i.e. comparing component vs. bower + requirejs + whatever-they-use-for-css
