Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now, reordering of todos is impossible. It should be possible to move todos around.
Describe the solution you'd like
Dragging a todo should move it around.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Keyboard input could do that, but it wouldn't be as helpful as dragging and harder for the UX.
