Add option to create Sub-ToDos

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Right now we have to create a ToDo and then move it in place. That's not exactly convenient. Would be nice to simply click (on the dropzone?) and add a ToDo there. Any other solution is fine as well.
