markdown rendering nested lists of changelog 1.0.0-alpha10

in concrete https://api.github.com/repos/composer/composer/releases/tags/1.0.0-alpha10#/body is cut-off in rendering at the place where the first nested list entry is "\n - " (newline, two times space, dash, space). as this is already within the first parent list item, the page is nearly empty: https://getcomposer.org/changelog/1.0.0-alpha10
it is not that grave as the link to the relase info at github is available on top: https://github.com/composer/composer/releases/tag/1.0.0-alpha10
just reporting, have not checked out the project and looked into the build. fix in #222
