hh: remove `configuring teams` section

Hey,
As pointed out by @pivotal-bin-ju , as teams are able to change their configuration, it doesn't make a lot of sense to keep those configs in this repo - https://github.com/concourse/hush-house/tree/master/deployments/with-creds/hush-house#configuring-teams - (as people will change them).
