Tests importing `https://github.com/google/go-containerregistry/tree/master/pkg/authn/k8schain` hang on Wings

We are running into an issue where our go code seems to get stuck because an underlying k8s library looks for the file /sys/class/dmi/id/product_name on the container, and if it finds it, tries to reach out to google's credential server with an exponential backoff that never exits. This causes our job to freeze indefinitely.
