Allow specifying the network interface the server listens on

See confluentinc/schema-registry#159 for some discussion about the two ways you could interpret the setting host.name. To control which interface the server is listening on, we'd need to add support to rest-utils, which is what sets up the socket. The fix would be in MetricsSelectChannelConnector.
