MK_dPCIIC returns IIC higher than 1

I would like to report an unusual pattern I have observed in the integral index of connectivity (IIC) output. Specifically, I have used the MK_dPCIIC function to estimate the IIC values. However, the function is returning some IIC values that are higher than 1. It is important to note that in the seminal paper by Pascul-Hortal and Saura (2006), it is clearly stated that the IIC has a defined and bounded range of variation from 0 to 1. Therefore, the occurrence of IIC values exceeding 1 is unexpected and may indicate an issue with either the analysis package or my implementation.
