[SUG-13] Command Needed: Rush to Sugar File

Rush to Sugar File

A command should be added to allow for the opening of a sugar view for a file.

Should use getParentChildren to get the parent of the file, and then open the sugar view for that parent's children.

Following steps:

1. Get the parent of the file
2. Get the children of the parent
3. Open the sugar view for the children
