Add search to Unmatched Games

It should be possible to search through unmatched games in the admin panel. I don't think pg_search should be strictly necessary here since this being non-performant doesn't really matter for an admin-only view. This'd be useful for admins (aka me) to find specific games in the unmatched games list.
