Write a script to fix Hall of Light/Amiga import names

A lot of games were added to Wikidata in the last few weeks from Amiga/Commodore sources and they have game titles in many cases like "Turn, The" or "Long Hard Day On The Ranch, A". This is silly, and should be fixable by scripting on vglist's side.

It should probably also be fixed in Wikidata itself, but one problem at a time.

Only IDs within the range of potentially problematic IDs should be included, somewhere around 90000-103000?
