Support cursor updating methods when term is redirected to file.

Currently, when term is redirected to a file, the content of file looks wired if some cursor operations are done. It contains some ANSI escape sequences defined in https://github.com/console-rs/console/blob/master/src/common_term.rs

A suite of cursor updating methods maybe also required for File.
