Cellranger multi compatibility

Hi,

Any news on whether soupX works with cellranger multi?
The issue I am wondering about, is cellranger multi creates a per sample output from individual experiments. This might affect the ambient profile if the package isn't adapted for the outputs.

Hello. I would also be keen to know if there are any issues running soupX with demultiplexed data from the Cell Ranger multi command. I spotted that multi support was added in this PR, but I am struggling to understand whether the underlying algorithm is suitable for demultiplexed data. Thanks for any advice you can give.
