Standardize test support on JUnit 4.11+

Merge the constretto-test and constretto-test-junit-4.5 modules. In order to simplify further development the merged test module should require junit 4.11+

Still need to merge the two modules. Should we start by deprecating the 4.5 module in this release and postphone the full merge to the nest release?
