No mention of multi-factor authentication

For products/services that demand an extra level of security, perhaps we should include a 2FA/MFA criteria (or indicator) that would fit into the "Password" test. Further, I would suggest changing "Password" to "Authentication" or something that encompasses more than passwords.

Is there a reason we haven't dabbled with MFA before?
