netavark-1.7.0 crate is missing

Hi,
it seems that netavark-1.7.0 has not been uploaded to crates.io yet, only aardvark-dns-1.7.0 is available. Is this an oversight?
We would prefer to fetch the crate directly from crates.io for gentoo linux builds.
