Switch to "Hugo Relearn" theme

The currently used "Hugo Learn Theme" (https://github.com/matcornic/hugo-theme-learn) is deprecated and no longer maintained. The theme is actually not compatible anymore with Hugo 0.136+ and thus we should probably switch to https://github.com/McShelby/hugo-theme-relearn for example at some point.
