I disabled all the Algolia stuff within the indexer to get it running locally and debug why our extension (https://github.com/numero2/contao-tags) is not listed on https://extensions.contao.org/.

It seems the indexer claims

numero2/contao-tags found

Any idea what's happening here?

Not quite. The initial version has been out there for some days but let's wait a bit since I'm not sure if our latest release fixed a crucial mishap in composer.json

Update: It's listed now, thanks!
