Want to add 5G Radio model in cooja simulator

problem: i am working on gNodeB scheduler in 5G. so want to add new radio model in cooja simulator.
such as:
urban microcell street canyon: UMi - Street Canyon
urban macrocell: 3D-UMa
indoor factory: InF

kindly if someone provide guidance.
