border router not receiving the packets from z1 sensor motes

brothers.
i had a scenario of 1 RPL-Border Router with 24 z1-udp server motes,
use 1msec delay startup and radio medium of UDGM-Distance loss,
issue is that i cant receive any packets from motes...
even they are in the range of border router...
plus i cant see routes and neighbors in the web browser that is through coap-copper.
some to guide...
