Apple2: can only request IP once.

On an emulated Apple ][ using Uthernet 1 and Uthernet 2.
When I select IPCONFIG.SYSTEM, I can only request the IP once.
The 2nd time it stops on "Requesting...".
If I go out and back in (without rebooting), it works once more.
