Support Docker 1.12

I haven't validated for sure if this is working, need to put it on the milestone.

Taking this out of the milestone; docker 1.12 is ridiculously unstable and hard to use with volumes. Let's wait for 1.13.

Hi Bruno. Unfortunately, I am no longer working on the project nor at Cisco any longer so I cannot tell you its status. Sorry.
