Emacs: rust-snippets repository is gone

The URL on areweideyet for rust-snippets emacs plugin leads to a 404.
I think this is pretty recent as I recall checking it last week.

yasnippet-snippets seems to contain Rust snippets, maybe it could be suggested instead of rust-snippets.
