Communication resources: Listings do not link to original href element

In https://github.com/contributor-experience/handbook/blob/main/docs/guide/comms/comm_resources.yaml, every entry has a href element that was supposed to create a link to the original resource when the listings element is clicked in the rendered page, but this is not working.
