Question: does using the indirect method to find the solution of the goddard problem add dependencies in CTProblems w.r.t CTFlows, OrdinaryDiffEqs etc ?

This latter one is slow to compile and it is kind of annoying to have this in CTDirect as well since we use CTProblems.
