Scratch Dockerfile not built

Describe the bug
Their is no scratch dockerfile for v2.11.3.
To Reproduce
https://hub.docker.com/r/kubesec/kubesec/tags?page=1&ordering=last_updated&name=scratch
None for 2.11.3
Expected behaviour
v2.11.3-scratch should exist.

Thanks for raising this. I was delaying updating the docker metadata GH action to avoid needing to fix the breaking changes but I must have accidentally merged a dependabot PR and updated it.
The PR #237 resolves those breaking changes and will create the correct tags again
