Cannot Reassign Duty for RA with Extra Spaces in Name

Describe the bug
It is possible for users or possibly the import staff tool to add extra spaces before and after an RA's first or last name. This runs into issues when attempting to reassign a duty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to the Manage Staff page
2. Create a new RA record or edit an existing record
3. In the last name field, add an extra space at the beginning of the word
4. Save the change
5. In the Edit Schedule page, assign the RA used in step 2 for duty
6. Click the newly created duty to edit
7. Reassign the duty to another RA
8. Observe the following error appear: "Failed to Update Duty: Unable to Locate Previously Assigned RA for Duty"

Expected behavior
Extra spaces should be trimmed from the edges of RA names
