Conflicts Page: Day in Different Month Appears Green/Selectable

Describe the bug
When looking at the /conflicts page, it is possible to have a situation where a date from outside of the current month view shows as "green" indicating that it can be selected. However, if a user selects the date, nothing appears to happen.
In my initial testing, this appears to be the case whenever the current calendar date exists in the same week as either the first or last week of the viewing month. This seems to be occurring due to the rule .fc .fc-daygrid-day.fc-day-today
within conflicts.css
.
To Reproduce
Current Calendar Day: October 2, 2020
Viewing Month: September, 2020
Load the /conflicts page
Using the calendar toolbar, navigate back a month from October, 2020 to September, 2020
Observe that the current calendar day (Oct. 2, 2020) displays as being "green"
Attempt to click the incorrectly highlighted day
Observe that nothing appears to change
Expected behavior
Only days within the current month view should be either green or red indicating that a user can interact with them.
Desktop (please complete the following information):
- OS: Windows 10
- Browser: Chrome
- Version: Current Live Release
Additional context
Clicking on the date discolored date does not appear to add it to the conSet.
