Tool stuck in initializing

@Samvhell , had this issue, then I've tried to use this tool while ISO was already mounted. After ejecting all mounted ISO's, issue is dissapeared (with tool restarted, of course). Try this

I've been having the same issue, tried this and had no luck. Note that I'm trying to upgrade (keeping data and apps).
Had the same issue on the first run.
On the second run:
- I was simultaneously downloading the ISO from MS in chrome browser
- moved the folder with the .exe to C:\
Not sure if either of these had to do with it but it worked on the second run.
