Refactor Skill GUI to have dynamic layout

  • Multiple pages and/or tabs should be supported to allow for skills added by other mods

  • Perhaps show skills from each mod on a separate page (or multiple pages if necessary)

  • Some method of controlling placement within a page would be nice, e.g. a labeled column or row

  • Ability to scroll horizontally/vertically to allow for longer display chains

  • Option to hide or display placeholders for unlearned skills

  • Skill icons for GUI should not be tied to an Item
