最新的可以完全使用 h3 协议的 dns 了。

还有 mosdns 的包 https://github.com/sbwml/luci-app-mosdns/tree/v5/mosdns 也要更新下，它包含最新的 quic-go 依赖，h3 性能会很好

大佬mosdns 和 luci-app-mosdns 又更新了，mosdns 更新 cache v2 了，解决部分机器上cache dump 问题，luci 现在多了Cloudflare 优选
