Martial arts buffs: automatic kicks

There is YANI #2411 for random kicks that are slightly less accurate and more powerful, but this means that players lacking boots need to F-fight every monster they see while blind in case they accidentally kick a cockatrice, which is annoying.
EvilHack has some automatic kicking system that should be investigated.
